Law Of Attraction
“What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create.” – Buddha.

The law of attraction.

What is this? How do I just “attract” something into my life? Don’t I have to work to get what I want?

The law of attraction, vision boards, speaking into existence and manifesting.

Truly, what is everyone talking about?

After doing constant research, reading books and watching “spiritual” videos, I have become so passionate about the law of attraction and I want to share this with you guys.

Honestly, I believe I have found all my answers. Why my past was the way it was, why the present looks the way it does and most importantly where I’m heading and what my future will look like.

All the people in my life, events and my results. It all makes sense!

This is real life magic.

Frequency

The basic principle of the law of attraction is that everything has a certain frequency.

Call it vibration, energy or frequency. But that’s the underlying truth.
Nothing is solid, everything is constantly moving, and it moves at a certain frequency.

For you to achieve what you want, you have to align yourself with the frequency of that thing.

Confused?

If you’re trying to attract love. You’ve got to become the type of person you want to attract.

If you want to attract money you have to get rid of all your limiting beliefs about money and act as if you have it and so on.

Remember: Frequencies just are. A vibe just is. Energy doesn’t know if it’s wanted or not, good or bad. So you have to consciously put your attention on what you want to create an intentional frequency.

If you get something you don’t want, that’s simply because all your attention was on that.

Visualising

In order for you to manifest EXACTLY what you want you have to think, speak and visualise it.

Visualising what you want is not just a tool to make you motivated or daydream. It can actually be used to create your reality.

Have you ever thought about how kids naturally just play pretend?

Some have an imaginary friend, some make use of anything to make a fort, some throw fake concerts, some become superheroes. Literally anything.

There must be something about having the natural ability to imagine and pretend.

Everything around us has been created through someone’s imagination. That’s our power.

As we grow older and go to school, we forget to use our higher faculties.
We are taught to sit quiet, obey, be someone’s employee and become socially conditioned.
Take back control!

I remember when I was a kid, I used to use my whiteboard and pen and act as if I was a teacher with a class full of students.
I used to explain things that I had learnt in school.

I don’t know if that was because I wanted to be a teacher. Maybe I did. But now I really do feel like a teacher on my blogs.
I like to pass on what I have learnt.

I have heard so many stories of successful people (of all ages) that fulfilled their dreams or desires by always pretending that they already were what they wanted to become.

An example being, Ryan Seacrest.

They probably didn’t know about the law of attraction so what they did wasn’t intentional, but it surely was working for them.
It always is whether you believe it or not.

Let it work for you.

Believe

Examine your life. Examine someone else’s life.

Why do you come across very similar people? Why do you experience similar things wherever you go?

The most dominating thoughts create your reality. This explains why what you believe is what you get. That’s the law of life.

Everyone is right in their own world because they bring forth the experiences that they truly believe in whether that’s negative or positive.

Analyse your beliefs and change them if they limit you!

“Everything is already here, everything is within you, everything starts with you.”

I’ve heard these phrases many times, especially in music from artists ranging from Jhene Aiko, Beyonce and many rappers. You probably have as well.
These phrases can be interpreted in different ways.

The one that I never really understood is, “everything is within you.” How is everything within me?

Well, one interpretation I’ve found is that we can give ourselves what we seek from the outside world.
If we shed the layers of ego, anger, resentment, and every other feeling that doesn’t serve us, we become love, peace and joy.

Funnily enough, when we become what we seek, that is exactly what we attract!

“Everything is already here.” What you want already exists. Your mind is a magnet and if used right, you will attract whatever you want into your life.

Karma

You reap what you sow.

If you plant bad seeds, you’ll get something ugly. Ask for bad things to happen to anyone or you do anything negative, it will come back to you.

I have seen karma come around hard and fast numerous of times.

I remember this girl in my high school, in my year, that was quite vicious. Let’s refer to her as ‘S’. She liked to target people and bullied a girl in my year (‘L’) for having acne and called her “spotty.”
This was probably in year 8 or 9.

Then just after a few years when I started 6th form (year 12), S had the most immense, terrible amount of acne I had ever seen.
Her whole character changed. Her acne made her feel so insecure and embarrassed.

When I saw how she used to hide away or cover her face, I knew it was karma. I never forgot that event where she bullied L because I was also in that class and acquired the bystander role.
I was always shy so I didn’t stick up for her and it made me feel uncomfortable.
It turned out that S was actually jealous of L because L used to speak to someone that S had a crush on, (just childish shit).

That’s when I really came to realise that karma truly exists and not one cell in my body felt bad for her.

You reap what you sow.

Think good, be good and do good and you will attract the same.

People believe that bad always happens to the good. The truth is tragedies just occur in everyone’s life, it’s the choices, actions and mindset that helps you recover and continue to do good.

Methods

I have outlined some methods you can use to manifest effectively:

1. Feel: Feelings create frequencies. To ensure that you align your frequency with what you desire, you need to be conscious of your thoughts.

Decide what you want. Write a script of exactly what you want in detail. Write as if you have received it already.

For example, “I am so happy and grateful that I live in a mansion and own a Rolls-Royce car.”

Saying, “I want..” represents that you lack what you desire. This shifts your focus and energy lacking what you desire.
This also contradicts the fact that everything you desire is already here and so it doesn’t create the correct frequency.

Acknowledge how you feel and maintain it. Say it out loud! This is a great manifesting technique.

Tip: You have to act as if you have acquired what you desire. This is because you will be able to produce that specific frequency of what you desire, through your feelings.

2. Believe: Einstein said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

You don’t need to know how you will reach your goals or what you need to do. Just know that you will get to it.
The way to receive what you want will come to you. That’s the law of attraction. Let it remain a mystery. Follow the signs and your intuition. Enjoy the journey.
3. Visualise though meditation: The best times to meditate and visualise is before you sleep and right after you wake up. It’s important to be in a relaxed state so you could cut all the noise and focus.
Visualising will create the feeling of what you want, therefore releasing appropriate frequencies. You can create an image in your head, affirm or even create movie-like scenes.
For example, you could imagine a wealthy, healthy form of yourself in the future, in a house you desire, driving a car you really like etc.
This is a really important step! Visualisation/meditation may seem like a very “odd” thing to do and people may judge.
But remember why you’re doing it. Wouldn’t it be great to be or have what you desire?
4. Action: I think a lot of people get confused with how we actually receive when using the law of attraction.
We are spiritual beings in a physical form. This means that if we want to attain something, we have to take some kind of action.
This could vary from following an idea you got which will lead you to becoming a millionaire, just saying yes to an opportunity, receiving a gift which was exactly what you wanted etc.

There’s no limit to how you can receive something, everything is possible!
Important things to remember:

-
There’s a time gap between asking and receiving. It does not always work instantaneously and that’s actually really good otherwise it would be a disaster.
-
It’s what you do every day that matters. Using techniques such as, affirmations, meditating and visualising consistently on a daily basis will create stronger frequencies.
-
Don’t get attached to the outcome and let the Universe do it’s job. When you start to truly believe that you can have anything you want, you’ll naturally be able to let go.

Intention

I believe in the past two years people have been more in touch with their spirituality.

I don’t know if this is because of all the bullshit happening around us right now or if we collectively asked for something that will help guide us to a better, more fulfilling life.

Either way you won’t lose anything trying to implement techniques that will allow the law of attraction to favour you.

Logically, if you intend for certain things to happen and stay committed, chances for success are actually really high. Therefore, intend to achieve.
